It’s been 16 days since the SCOTUS’ unanimous 9-0 order that the Trump admin must return Kilmar Abrego Garcia. When is the Trump admin going to be

Telling the president he has to facilitate the return of a deported illegal alien.
That's not a foreign policy. It is exceeding their authority, but not foreign policy.
That's kookoonutzo.
They're not just out of their lane with that, they're in the oncoming lane. It's very much against their job description which is to uphold The Constitution. The 1st 3 basic Articles, to be exact.
The Supreme Court has a long history of not upholding the Constitutin.

Why don't you tell the same thing to @Damocles where he constantly refer Biden as Braindead and other names?
I called his Administration "The 50 First Weekends at Bernie's Administration" on occasion, don't get lazy, write it out... Even lefties laughed at it, they just pretended they didn't and got angry because, as Sheldon would say, "it's funny because it is true."

I don't recall him using that name but yeah it's hypocritical for anyone to use that name while complaining about Trump being called anything.
Nah, Potato Joe is some other poster. I don't like that one nearly as much as the others I use. I like to bring levity into the conversation while still maintaining the central message of the post. This is entertainment, I am to entertain.

Trump is not a felon. He has broken no law.
Why don't you just say "Trump"?? It's shorter and more accurate.

Of course you can't stand to say the name due to your mindless TDS and Church of Hate scripture.

Often folks are confused as to what "facilitate" means. This means they would provide the ride making it easier, the El Salvadoran President would need to want to eject him before it could be facilitated.

fa·cil·i·tate
/fəˈsiləˌtāt/

verb

  1. make (an action or process) easy or easier.
"schools were located on the same campus to facilitate the sharing of resources"

Funny how the entertainment of calling Trump names triggers posters, screeching TDS for example.

Trump said he'll arrange for transportation if Bukele wants to let him go. :dunno:
Bukele said he doesn't want to though, and he is not beholden to the United States Supreme Court. At all.
He's a leader of a sovereign foreign and friendly country. The Supreme Court is not into diplomacy, are they?
What branch handles that again? :rolleyes2:
The optics of that were bad, or perhaps just made to look bad by the MSM.

lol.. Somewhat friendly. They (El Salvador) did facilitate the gang's entry to the US... But yes, he does not need to follow SCOTUS and has no problem telling them to piss up a rope.

Never. The fucking scumbag is never coming back. Case closed.

The really important question here is whether you're an actual American who supports and upholds the Constitution or not.

Never mind the fact that Garcia was in fact in the US legally at the time of his deportation. Let's set that aside.

Never mind whether or not he is a member of MS-13. Let's set that aside.

Never mind the allegations of domestic violence. Let's set that aside.

Never mind the fact that the US DoJ showed that he has no criminal record.

Set ALL of that aside. NONE of it matters.

Because what he is guaranteed under the Constitution of the United States of America is due process under the law, and that's what the Trump administration denied him.

THAT is why the Supreme Court voted unanimously that he had to be brought back - because his right of due process was violated.

If all of the allegations against him are true, then bring him back and try him, per the Constitution, and then we can deport him - this time legally.

The Constitution is what makes Americans American. Without it, we're just a collection of states. With it, we're the United States of America.

So if you love the country, you must follow its laws - even the ones you don't like.
