Never. The fucking scumbag is never coming back. Case closed.
The really important question here is whether you're an actual American who supports and upholds the Constitution or not.
Never mind the fact that Garcia was in fact in the US
legally at the time of his deportation. Let's set that aside.
Never mind whether or not he is a member of MS-13. Let's set that aside.
Never mind the allegations of domestic violence. Let's set that aside.
Never mind the fact that the US DoJ showed that he has no criminal record.
Set ALL of that aside. NONE of it matters.
Because what he is guaranteed under the Constitution of the United States of America is due process under the law, and that's what the Trump administration denied him.
THAT is why the Supreme Court voted
unanimously that he had to be brought back - because his right of due process was violated.
If all of the allegations against him are true, then bring him back and try him, per the Constitution, and then we can deport him - this time legally.
The Constitution is what makes Americans American. Without it, we're just a collection of states. With it, we're the United States of America.
So if you love the country, you must follow its laws - even the ones you don't like.
