I don't think they made any ruling on the trade Court's decision. They put a stay on the tariffs until the appeals process worked itself out.
I do not know the legal elements that are in play very well, but I do know that its clear tariffs are not purely powers of the Executive Branch, and that is is legitimate for a court to rule on that.
Trumpers do not care, the get emotional when "their side loses" and make up arguments for why its not legitimate.

You said tariffs were taxes paid by the American consumer. A tax is compulsory therefore the America consumer is compelled to buy Chinese crap.
That was an emotional reaction by someone who is playing into the same game the Trumppers play.
It was delt with well, and the person who did it was shunned and lost her career by the establishment. It was a good reaction.

Congress ALLOWED any POTUS some very restricted and specific uses of Tariffs mostly in certain emergency situations.
YOu are arguing that if you have a family member who gives you a power of attorney over your estate, under strict circumstances (such as you dying or being incapicated) that you then have the right to enact that power of attorney when they leave on vacation because 'they gave you those powers'.

Judges are the ones who will determine if the law is being followed and interpreted in the way it was written.
They have the sole authority to do that whether you or Joe Biden like the way the courts interpret it.
it is exactly their authority and no magat like you can say 'that does not resemble the written law' as that is within their power to interpret. And if you think a lower court interprets it wrong, you have several layers of appelate court to have that decision re-assed and thrown out, if wrong.
If you fail at every level appellate court to explain why it is wrong, then the ruling stands as that is EXACTLY the power the courts have been delegated by the Constitution.
You crying after 'unfair as i read and interpret it differently' is meaningless to any intelligent person who knows how the system works.
