Exactly that. I've slept on the floor, just like in those pictures. I've been in shit living conditions in the field. WTF do you think the military is about? If those guys all got handed an MRE, they've been fed for the moment, even for the day if that's how it is. This isn't some Club Med pleasure vacation, it's what the military does.
That isn't "disrespect" as Newscum claims, it's what it is to be in the military. Looks to me like they have a place to sleep and it's right where they are. The military rule on that is:
Never run when you can walk.
Never walk when you can stand.
Never stand when you can sit.
Never sit when you can lay.
Never lay when you can sleep.
That's how things work. Newscum is full of shit.

This is what enlisted berthing today looks like. You are crammed in, and that "coffin locker" you are sleeping on holds all your personal shit along with that tiny "stand up locker." That's it. You live out of a suitcase crammed in with lots of other squids.

Not to mention that these are National Guardsmen. They have day jobs which often pay more than the military and are probably losing money over this BS.
