Rocks hurt pretty bad, too. I keep asking those who think kids throwing rocks is harmless if they would volunteer to let a dozen or so people throw rocks at them for a couple of hours and see if they want to go to a hospital afterwards, but none of them ever step up. But they will whine when soldiers get pummeled by them and react accordingly, for some reason.
