You can never trust a doctor that had those things in her heart. Trust is an important thing in medicine. It is hard to determine if she went all out for patients whose parents came in with MAGA hats or T Shirts. She revealed herself to be untrustworthy. She obviously judged people who differed politically from her as unworthy of life. .
