No - in community property states the division is half of everything with minor exceptions - for example if you dad gave you a $1 million diamond ring for your birthday that's a "personal gift" and therefore, NOT community property.

Women run the household it is their kingdom. The man is the primary bread winner in most cases. Women have to interrupt their careers to even have a family. Men only get the enjoyable part of bringing a child into the world. Then face it for the next two years the burden of child rearing falls on the woman. Divorce sucks but staying with someone you have grown to hate also sucks. No fault divorce makes sense. But sensible division of property and visitation also makes sense.

First of all, Georgia is not a community property state.

Even in a community property state, assets bought jointly during the marriage are generally divided equally, within reason. That would only include the assets bought during the 6 months. But that does not matter, because again, Georgia is not a community property state.

I don't know how to break this to you but sometimes men don't remain committed to the relationship. Sometimes women have a kid or two and the man decides to screw someone the does not have all the responsibilities his wife has.

thats not a revelation, however, statistics have shown the opposite. It's why the statement 'a man gives up happiness for his family, but a woman gives up her family for happiness' exists. you might want to research further to have better evidence.
