Well, you're partially correct in that I think her plastic surgery is one (of a few) indicator(s) of something "small" in her nature, but the fact that she shills and lies for trump are much higher on the list.
The fact that she so blatantly totes the water for a despicable, dishonest, underhanded oaf like trump, especially while identifying as a Christian, is IMO a much stronger indictment of her low character than having the size of her nose reduced and filler implants placed in her lips.
Again, I only brought it up in response to a MAGAtroid's claim that she is what a "real woman" looks like.

Seriously, the differences between those two images is far more likely due to age and makeup than it is due to surgery. Almost nobody pays to get barely any change at all. However, if she did, it wouldn't matter to the dude that thinks she's "hot" and a "real woman"... I think that other person probably would be more concerned with whether or not she has or ever has had a penis if they used the words "real woman"...
