No. In a democracy we gain power by winning elections, not murdering or silencing our opponents. Charlie was the heir apparent. Trump's "fair-haired boy" to take over the MAGA movement. Charlie had the looks, the gift of gab and the charm to not only keep the mainstream MAGAts happy, but, more importantly, attract new, younger recruits to the movement. Now that is gone due to TR.

Sure, there are plenty of other right-wing drooler talking heads, but by all appearances, Kirk probably had Presidential aspirations and the tools to get himself there, unlike those people you listed.
It takes a lot of different things to come together to make the "magic" happen and for a winning candidate to be born. A large part of those things being looks and charisma, which Kirk had.
Those other people don't have a chance in hell of picking up the MAGA mantle and running with it.
