You must refuse illegal orders!

I wonder if the folks that lied to the sufferers of service related PTSD back in the 90s could be prosecuted for the orders they followed...

Back in the 80s and 90s the doctors were ordered to "diagnose" folks with personality disorders to say that it was a preexisting condition so they didn't have to pay for benefits for disabled veterans... That was an illegal order...

I’d have to know more details, It sounds to me like they could be prosecuted, but maybe should not be prosecuted, based on the situation.
