TA...it essentially was a traffic violation. The fleeing was out of terror...I would have considered it under those circumstances. Except for the fact that the officers were morons who escalated a confrontation rather than de-escalated, which they are supposed to do...there is no way any officer should have shot at her. Cops just do not do that kind of thing to traffic violators.

The first shot went through the windshield. Anyone who thinks the "self-defense" thing to do is shooting the person driving a car which is trying to avoid you...is too stupid to remain alive. He should have shot himself.

No, it was obstructing law enforcement in the performance of their duties. That is a felony. She had been following ICE officers around for hours before that event and using her vehicle to obstruct their movement. The truck ICE was using clearly had emergency lights on. She obstructed that. Start with the traffic law violations and then toss in on top of that deliberately obstructing police.

Then, when they do to arrest her, she RESISTS ARREST. That is an additional felony. Then she attempts to flee arrest, an additional felony.

They had every right to stop her. That she didn't want to be arrested is her fucking fault.

No stupid, I gave examples of people rebelling against unjust laws that were detrimental to their well being. Jan.. 6th yahoos didn't like losing an election based on their personal prejudices and preconceived notions. To date, None of them or their supporters suffered suppression by a foreign government or business ruling class or because of their race under Biden. So spare us that BS.
