It's amazing what happens when someone does an actual investigation using multiple videos. The NYTimes did just that and said that using four different videos and syncing them, it shows that the agent was not hit by the car. This is the same thing any actual investigation would do.

There are a couple of good frame by frame analyses out there as well that show that her wheels start to turn before he even draws his weapon.

Did they use the video the ICE agent was shooting. Because she clearly struck him. You can hear the impact and hear his surprise. Did you watch Viva Frei's video that shows her spinning the wheels at him.

I did look at that video. Did his gun have a silencer on it because the sound of the gun firing should have been pretty loud if the sound of the car hitting him was what you think you heard.
