Why don't you go back and find out how things work.
First of all the President HAS to submit a budget every year then he IS the last one that has a say if it passes or not that is why Presidents get the blame,
Again and it IS a FACT it is the Republicans that run it up the most.
Reagan almost tripled it, Bush doubled it, and as I said before Obama ran it up 8 trillion getting us out off a really deep recession almost a depression Bush got us into, and it took him 8 years to do that and in his first 4 years Trump ran it up almost as much as Obama did and Obama handed him an economy that was back on track, and Trump has added another 2,7 Trillion already in his second term.
And you are the one that needs to go back and find out how the government works the Supreme Court has NOTHING to do with the budget.
