Yes, he is, and so are all leftists, and that's why Republican controlled States should be doing the very same thing, but too many Republicans are RINOs and are losers instead of winners.

Republicans should be completely mopping the floor with Democrats when it comes to "gerrymandering" redistricting. The RINOs in Indiana are a prime example of just how big of losers Republicans truly are. Even Texas could have done a better job than they did.
