legally and technically, she is an alleged victim

i see where you are coming from, but it is hearsay and inadmissible and until proven in court, it is alleged and he is presumed innocent...with that said, it doesn't look good for him at all

btw...why didn't she or did she ever make the motion to compel prosecution?

Wrong.... LEGALLY she is an alleged victim

Technically SHE IS A VICTIM. She was raped. Period. That means victim, regardless of whether it can be proven in court or not. Period.

I assume you have completely condemned Brown in CA as well for not doing anything when his aide called Whitman a whore? told the women of CA they should rise against Brown and refuse to vote for him?

We know for a FACT that he raped her. The fact that the evidence can't be used in a court of law doesn't change the FACT that she was raped. You are confusing the LEGALITY with the REALITY.

Just because you can't prove something beyond a reasonable doubt doesn't mean there are no victims.

I am pretty certain Nicole Brown Simpson is still dead. But in your world she was not a victim right? She was just allegedly murdered?

for a "fact"...really? his admission looks bad, but i wouldn't call it fact. again, unlike the OJ case, which a bizarre comparison as a full trial took place....her lawyer either failed to get a order to compel prosecution or lost...and an alleged rape is very differnt than a FACT of death you moron

there is more to this case than a statement, we have no idea why he made such a statement, cases are rife with idiots admitting fault and sorry their sorry and wrong...only later to find out they were talking out their ass over supposed guilt
