I feel that the right uses that red herring as an excuse to cover their own hypocrisy for cheering when Helen Thomas was fired.

It seemed to me that you decided Onceler must be black because Onceler was obviously offended by racism. So I asked you if you believed that only black people could get upset over racism. You then appear to have answered a completely different question. You appear to be answering the question: do you believe that only blacks can be racist? Which is not what I asked. In doing so, you made some questionable statements.

Also, I think that Onceler believes you stated that you are anti-American Muslims, when I think what you were stating is that you believe that Muslims, are anti-American.

So in the meantime, who knows up from down on this thread anymore?

What I think Bravo, is that you definitely hold some pretty racist opinions, but you don't know it. A lot of white people over about 55 are like that. What do you want me to say? What can you say to someone who is probably racist but who doesn't see it?

What bugs me about this is that the left did NOT have this reaction to Jesse Jackson saying he felt relieved when he was walking down the street and heard someone behind him and it was not a black male. Somehow it was ok for Jesse to say this, but not ok for Juan to give voice to very much the same attitude. Jesse was not given the same "look down your nose" attitude that much of the left has been showing toward Juan Williams.
