I am not sure about Libertarians, but it illistrates a hypocracy about those who were defending Bush's warrantless wiretaps and are now attacking this policy.

Nope, its about the same size of a group. THe media has a way of pulling small groups out of the general public who are crazed about a silly issue and using that to turn it into a big deal.
