Define a 'Liberal' or a 'Conservative'

Sorry to interrupt the gay conversation but I just came across the following.

OK. Apple's here. Let's see where I wrote "a person shouldn't have to work for anything nor ever be worried about their own personal safety".

you have consistently posted that the general welfare clause makes government responsible for taking care of and protecting the people, no matter what.

Indeed, but SM will probably claim homosexuality is the reason those civilizations fell.
Doubtless. It was, and still is, viewed as the ultimate strength of Sparta though. They had a near universal bisexual style of life and DEMANDED homosexual activity in their military.

Definition of VESTED

1: fully and unconditionally guaranteed as a legal right, benefit, or privilege

2: having a vest

More evasive bullcrap...explain how this shows EXACTLY HOW traditional marriage benefits a society.
LOL You're such a dummy. It's used here as an adjective, not a noun. Society has an interest in obtaining the benefits of traditional marriage for itself, that of having men and women in stable relationships, bearing children and cultivating them to be stable citizens and eventually more stable families with more children, and so on.

Don't like the definition?

Take it up with Merriam Webster.

No. I have a degree in applied science. And you? You didn't graduate college.

Applied science? What the hell is that? Home economics? I attended U of H for 2 years. Eventually got my certification with NBRC, as a cardiopulmonary tech, which no doubt, is on par with a degree in "applied science". LOL.

Applied sciences are skilled trades and engineering, and metallurgy/metallography.

Nice statement. But what you neglect to mention is that gay couples could provide the exact same benefits to society. They can have stable relationships, bear children (artificial insemination), raise and cultivate them to be stable citizens (this includes adopted children),and eventually more stable families with more children.

So unless you have any evidence that gay couple would not provide the same benefits as you listed, your argument is lost.

Really? Because when they rejected it, they fell. Rome adopted Christianity and fell not long after. Greece fell after losing their ideals as well.
So says your version of history, but they both seem to be in existence today, and if not for liberalism, would be doing quite well.

In other words, you never graduated college. Nice.

Where is the Roman empire? You mean Italy? I really hope you don't because that'd be one of the funniest and most inaccurate things you've ever said, and trust me, that's a difficult standard to reach. As far as Greece, they didn't emerge again until their rebellion during the Crimean war, about 150 years ago.
