apples/oranges....the law does not have a problem with contracts being broken, eg, it is a civil matter....it does have a problem with criminal acts. if you study the history of contracts, the law "favors" the ability to break contracts, however, if you break a contract there are civil penalties.

without bankruptcy, the whole world's economy would suck. bankruptcy is an integral part of our economy. it works. like it or not, but it does. the banks took the risk, they're big boys.

I disagree. In the monkey society found food is shared by all. In STY's society, those who cannot afford healthcare are left to die.

Obama will be re-elected, ObamaCare will come into full force in '14 then continue to move towards a one-payer plan as the people realize the superiority of such a medical system. By January '17, when Obama leaves office, the "pay-or-suffer" system will be a fading nightmare as the bright rays of sunshine disperse the foggy memories.

One almost feels pity for the typical Repub/Conservative always fighting tooth and nail against progress and change when it always, always occurs but I do admire your ability to keep smiling.
