Obama made several statements with which I agree, including:
- Repeal tax breaks for companies that move overseas/outsource jobs
- Repeal useless/outdated business regulations
- Reward good teachers (presumably with merit pay - a conservative position)
- Provide tax breaks for companies that hire veterans
- Allow the Bush tax cuts on the wealthiest Americans to expire

I always expect to see something that I can at least understand was inspiring to his followers. It just didn't seem that way.

I didn't watch the whole thing live, but when I did watch I noticed a few things......Boehner clapping and Biden not clapping in response to some of his statements......Geithner looking really upset when he said there would be no more bailouts......
