There are many ways to paraphrase that rule. I've heard it numerous times. You're just picking one that uses excessively rare words and trying to make us find a translation of the bible that has it, which is ridiculous, since the words mean the exact same thing. Pretty much anyone you ask would use a different wording than the one your using. Language isn't like binary code, you can't squelch it into one form and translate it evenly among all languages, or sometimes even the same language. To say you can is ludicrous, and to say that's the "right" way to say it is equally as ludicrous.

Find an American version of the Catholic bible printed in 1959 or earlier, and you will find the exact phraseology you are looking for. Specifically, it is in my copy (formerly my father's) of the American Standard Version, printed in 1946 by the Catholic Book Publishing Company.

It is doubtful you will find any online link to the text of a bible published and printed 62 years ago. The ASV was replaced by the New American Standard Bible in 1960 under Vatican I, which changed some of the Old English words and phrases (thee, thou, unto, etc.) to modern American English forms (you, you, to, etc.) Matthew 7:12 was changed, removing the word "unto" in two places and replacing it with "to".

An even more recent update, NASB 1995, was published which continues the translation to more modern American English.
