15 Year old Girl creates anti-Inconvenient website...

I have never seen so many Logical Fallacies passed off as policy, as this White House has done. It is a fucking disgrace.
I am not the Administration. Nor was Gore part of this administration when he insisted that the Kyoto Protocol would not be put in front of the Senate until there was more accountability for growing economies.

When China will surpass us in 2009 in emissions yet are exempt from the protocol it is ridiculous and punitive specifically toward the US without regard for the reality of the situation. There has to be a better and more equitable agreement.

Case In Point:

Bush vetoes supplemental spending bill. There are not enough votes to override the veto.

The blame falls in the lap of The Republican Party.

Case in point:

They put forward the bill, yes then it is in the hands of the administration.

They put forward no bill, it is not vetoed because it cannot be, it is in the hands of the legislators. That is where we are right now.

You said that it would be "years". This admin only has one year left. If it continues it will not be the fault of the republicans.

Unless you somehow believe that they are going to win the WH in 2008's election.

Even Fox News has accepted Human Caused Climate Change as reality.
And my point was, that there are better reasons than this to care for the environment that don't include Al Gore's unnecessarily exaggerated effects that even the ICAA in its worst case didn't promote.

The Right Wing is scrambling to disassociate itself with being Climate Change naysayers. The populace has figured it out, after years of The Right's propaganda, and now those on The Right are desperately trying to make sure they are not seen to have been in that camp.

They saw what happened in 2006, and fear what will happen if they are associated with the lies that have been told about Climate Change. They see the blood in the water, and are swimming like mad to avoid being so much political chum.

If this were true then there would be no reasonable way for you to believe that the Rs would block such legislation. Bush may veto, but they are all "scrambling" to disassociate themselves with that, they'd help them overturn the veto. In fact if they are "swimming like mad" they may even propose the legislation themselves.

Which is it?

Please show how Gore's claims were "unnecessarily exaggerated".
I already did. The ICAA reports, worst case, a rise in water levels of 23 inches. Al Gore promotes the much more excitable result of 20 feet "or more" in his movie.

Climatologists do not believe all the ice on Greenland even stands a chance of melting. Gore talks about it in his movie as if it is a sure run....

So on. His movie was exaggeration for effect presented as reality. It was unnecessary fear-mongering.

Funny, Democrats stop something, they are "Obstructionist". When Republicans do the same thing, they are "Righteous upholders of The Constitution".

Only by those who are doing what you promoted stopping in another thread. They attempt to keep it in what I call the "sideline" effect.

And in what way would they be upholding the constitution if they "obstructed" this?

Bullshit. It isn't EITHER complete lockstep OR complete abandonment.
If they were "swimming desperately to avoid" and "desperate to evade" and all the things you said then they would not be "obstructing" this.

You say that they are "running" from something that you later say they are doing. It is a one or the other thing because of the way you said it.
