Some of the bigger ones were 2017 Las Vegas Shooting, where 61 people died, and the Tree of Life Synagogue shooting, where 11 people died. trump response to the first was to claim nothing would have stopped something that the rest of the world has stopped, and the second was to to say he had a bad hair day.

Former President Donald Trump’s former campaign lawyer Sidney Powell is apparently backtracking on her claims that voting machines were rigged in favor of now-President Joe Biden in the 2020 election.

After Trump’s loss, Powell repeatedly argued that Dominion Voting Systems machines were manipulated to weigh votes for Biden more heavily than those for Trump, but she never provided any evidence to support the dubious accusation.

Now that Dominion has filed a massive defamation lawsuit against her, Powell is claiming that “no reasonable person” should have taken her prior claims seriously.

Powell moved to dismiss the lawsuit on Monday, arguing that “no reasonable person would conclude” that her accusations of Dominion being part of an election-rigging scheme with ties to Venezuela “were truly statements of fact.”

It reminds me of SNL's response to Giuliani's claim that there were no terrorist attacks under Bush. "I sort of knew that the memories of 9/11 would fade over time, but I am surprised that Giuliani is the first to forget."

Did he really say that? Maybe he was talking about Bush Sr.
The guy is really losing it. He used to be so well-respected. What happened with Rudi? He's gone off the deep end.

Guiliani later claimed that he was only talking about after 9/11, but there were plenty of smaller terrorist attacks after 9/11.
