4 ways to change the constitution.

"There are actually four ways. (1) Both houses propose an amendment with a two-thirds vote, and three-fourths of the state legislatures approve. Twenty-six of the 27 amendments were approved in this manner. (2) Both houses propose an amendment with a two-thirds vote, and three-fourths of the states approve the amendment via ratifying*conventions. Only the 21st Amendment, which repealed Prohibition, was passed in this manner. (3) Two-thirds of the state legislatures call on Congress to hold a constitutional convention, and three-fourths of the state legislatures approve the amendment. (4) Two-thirds of the state legislatures call on Congress to hold a constitutional convention, and three-fourths of the states approve the amendment *via ratifying conventions."

Is this to hard to understand?

So, like, what's your point?

Just pass an amendment that the Constitution is suspended when A Repub wins the presidency and stays that way until a Dem gets back in the office. At least that would serve reality.

Doing so is a two step process. Why don't you get off your ass and get started.

You have shown you don't understand the amendment process so there is no reason to read your drival.

Again, what is the point?

What is the point of copying and pasting a segment of the Constitution found in the back of any high school textbook?

I made the point. If you had ever read the Constitution, people wouldn't have to explain it to you.

Thank you for banning yourself.

A constitutional convention can take place without Congress.

Into the Night was a great show at the since imploded Starust Hotel in Las Vegas.

Aki, the featured showgirl in the production, was born in the Netherlands, spoke five languages, was going to law school, and is now a lawyer in Nevada.

She was nearly six feet tall, drop dead gorgeous, looked like a goddess in a G-string, and had an IQ over 150.

No kids. What a shame to waste those genes when lunatic crackers procreate like rabbits.

We kept in touch for a while but not for years now.
