4 ways to change the constitution.

Au Contrair I only started in on you when you refused to accept any argument that wasn't exactly what you want to hear.
Because your argument is incorrect, and repeating it over and over again does not magickally make it correct. The States (collectively) own the Constitution. They created it. They ratified it. They interpret it. They ratify any amendments to it. All Congress can do is propose amendments to the States for ratification.

Considering I posted excerpts from Articale Vll proves you either don't read or ignore my posts.
What excerpt of Article VII? I don't remember it ever being mentioned until I brought it up as a source. (I could be wrong though, and am open to being shown otherwise). I really don't think you've read the Constitution to be honest...

If you have it's clear you don't understand what it says.
I understand what it says. YOU are the one who doesn't. Inversion Fallacy.

BTW I call you junior as my youngest son is almost twice your age.
Yes, you have committed multiple logical fallacies with regard to my young 28 years of age, including but not limited to: Insult, Bigotry, and Bulverism.

You clearly don't respect you betters or elders ( parental failure).
My my have we gotten way off topic... Now you are criticizing me and my parents instead of discussing ways that the Constitution can be changed... You still haven't countered my argument at the beginning of this response.

Sorry but the preamble says We the people not just the United States meaning the people are in control of state and federal government.
Now you've become the latest citizen of Paradox City, Home of Irrationality... You argued earlier that the word States is not mentioned in the Preamble. Now you are arguing that the word States IS mentioned in the Preamble (but it also says "we the people")... Which is it?? You are now arguing irrationally.

Again the people own the constitution. State and federal government answers only to the people.
You do realize that States consist of people, right?

ARF. RAAA.

Debating you is like debating lobotomized mule all fluff and no substance.

Yet they do. Do you know they got the authority?
No they don't. SCOTUS has no such authority.

Article III of the US Constitution is quite clear about the role and powers of SCOTUS. Article VII is quite clear about who ratified (and owns) the US Constitution (the States, collectively). Amendment X is quite clear about who holds powers that were not given to the Federal Government.

Ignoring the substance that I have provided does not make it go away. I will provide it for you once again.

You are now arguing irrationally. You need to clear your paradox. Ignoring a paradox does not make it go away.

It appears as if Eagle-Eye (the OP) is running away from this discussion and his own thread... Ignoring arguments does not make those arguments go away.

So it would appear. He has reduced himself to insulting people now. He has no more arguments to present.
