40 more years of oil at current consumption rates.

"there are many reasons as you know SF, I'm going on funimentals 99.9% and .1% on this dem vs Repub debate"

All the more reason not to bring up that dumbass talking point that "dems are better for the market" :D

Why you trippin on that, I didn't bring it up on this thread. Was it even this board of the other one?

"Can you give me one example of something she is to the left of Bill Clinton on?"

1) Hillarycare

2) Free trade agreements

So you think that Bill appointed her to come up with a health care plan because he disagreed with her on her basic ideas there? I doubt that.

And as for trade, SF, we live in a different country than we did when Bill shilled NAFTA. I don't think he could do it today, nor do I believe that Hillary is left on trade, i think she's making some noise to pander. But we now live in a country that has felt the effects of this "free trade" and it has NOT risen all boats, and that is not a leftist position, it's a populist one, and there are most certainly people in the Republican party who are not for these trade deals either. I mean R voters.

Just to give you crap.... and because I am evil like that.

"So you think that Bill appointed her to come up with a health care plan because he disagreed with her on her basic ideas there? I doubt that."

hmmm... honestly, I believe Bill to be the weaker of the two personalities. I think it was more her telling him she was going to create the plan and him saying... "yes, dear". :D

"And as for trade, SF, we live in a different country than we did when Bill shilled NAFTA. I don't think he could do it today,"

I disagree. If anything the global market improvements should be a sign that free trade works well.

"nor do I believe that Hillary is left on trade, i think she's making some noise to pander."

I disagree on the first part, agree on the second.

"But we now live in a country that has felt the effects of this "free trade" and it has NOT risen all boats, and that is not a leftist position, it's a populist one,"

But it is an incorrect position. Populist or not. Left or not.

"and there are most certainly people in the Republican party who are not for these trade deals either. I mean R voters."

True.... they are the isolationist types.... and they are wrong as well.

I'm not going to argue with you about trade, because honestly, you flat earthers are only going to get steam rolled in the coming years, because you do not hear the backlash, you do not see it, and you don't even understand its depth or reach.

But, I must point out that your hatred of Hillary is making you irrational, and this is why:

"nor do I believe that Hillary is left on trade, i think she's making some noise to pander."

I disagree on the first part, agree on the second.

that is completely nonsensical SF. If you believe that she IS left on trade, then she is NOT pandering by making noise about it now.

Please, put away the hate and think clearly.

I think you a good guy usc just not must formal or any other kind of education.
You must care what I think a little, you keep coming back with your trailor trash eduction and throwing firecrackers and getting granades tossed back at you.

Poor spinner, you do not realize that an education does not a good person make.

Those uneducated laborers on the street work for you ?
Or is this some of your defeciency of your education showing ?

"that is completely nonsensical SF. If you believe that she IS left on trade, then she is NOT pandering by making noise about it now. "

ahhh Darla... that is because you are looking at it from YOUR perspective. I believe she IS against free trade.... AND that she is pandering to the moderates by acting like she supports free trade.

Not that she is pandering to the left. :)

Not nice or cool....

Flat earthers? ROFLMAO... thanks I needed a laugh. So because I think a politician is being disingenous, I must be a neanderthal?

You are correct in that I don't believe the backlash is going to be nearly as hard as you seem to think. People are already souring on the Dem "leadership" in Congress.

I think the one good thing about President Bloomberg is the fact that we will finally have someone who can bitch slap both parties until they come back to face reality.

No, I was referencing the globalist bible "The world is flat" - Thomas Friedman. Not calling you a neanderthal.

Of course they are souring on Congress. They've done nothing to reign in bush, OR his war. You can believe that it has something to do with trade, if you want to.

You have no evidence to support that belief at all. I suppose she voted against CAFTA in order to fool the moderates into believe she is against trade? Doesn't it seem far more likely that she voted against it to pander to the D base for the primary? You are aware that traditionally candidates play to their bases in primaries and then move to the center in the general, aren't you?

Ahh... that makes more sense....

Not at all. I just meant that the "backlash" wasnt going to be as harsh.

No. I think she voted against CAFTA because that is how she believes and it was a closer vote down partisan lines. I think she was pandering to the moderates by voting for the trade agreement with Oman, because that vote was not as close and it gave her voting record a more moderate appearance.

Also Darla... yes, I am aware that generally politicians pander to their party during the primaries... but these votes were years ago... not recent.

The CAFTA vote was mid-05 SF. You think she didn't know she was running for President then?

Well, we will have to disagree on this one, I think.

No asshole...
