The solution darling, is to obey the Constitution and leave the solution to the States. That couldn't be worse than Obamacare or whatever disaster the Republicans are working on.

Actually, through my youth and before the feds fucked up healthcare in America, the life span in America was the best on the globe. The vast majority of my family have survived traditionally into the late 70's to the early 90's. Not a bad time warp at all, don't you think?

The words aren't clear to you commie! Buy a fucking dictionary and learn. The GENERAL WELFARE is as Jefferson and I say it is. It's those thing particularly enumerated in the Constitution as powers of the Congress.. Jefferson is dead and you're an illiterate moron. The General Welfare Clause and the "necessary and proper" clause gives Congress the authority to make laws they decide are in the best interests of the country. Those laws may or not meet your standard, but if you don't like that, asshole, you have the vote at your disposal. If those same laws don't meet the standards of the two other legs of the government, there are mechanisms to take care of that.

It's your claim, not mine, that the Constitution comes down to a single clause cretin. It gets wearisome to keep giving you the most basic of civics lessons. You were home-schooled, weren't you, fucktard?

That article and section defines the power of Congress. And whether you fucking like it or not is irrelevant. The words "provide for the General Welfare" are there. In the same sentence as the "Common Defence". The same goes for the "necessary and proper" clause.

People can disagree what the General Welfare entails, dickhead, but the words and concept is there. Even if you have difficulty understanding them.
