A bathroom sticker campaign

I'm not a fan of USA today, but the only thing I saw that specifically references 139 is this:

After the point at which a fetus is viable, the Arizona proposition allows abortions when necessary to protect the life, physical or mental health of the pregnant person.

That doesn't sound like 'abortion on demand up to the time of birth'.

Unless someone is going to make the case for an extreme late term abortion for mental health reasons?
The title of the proposition is NOT the proposition, moron.

Given that all petro products are sold on the open market, China taking it is fine. Same end result, and they can go through the hassle of refining tar sands.
There is no hassle to refine oil.
Post WW2 oil policy is antiquated, and in need of change.
Oil is not a policy.
When Saudi Arabia found an ocean of oil beneath their feet, we were happy to move in with out technology for drilling. We cut back domestic production and relied on cheap Mid East oil.
Halliburton provides drilling rigs around the world, moron. Drilling a well is not producing oil.
The United States does not buy oil from the mid-east.

Our oil is light sweet crude.
The United States has sweet oil sources and sour oil sources.
Overseas oil is sour crude.
Other nations have sweet oil sources and sour oil sources.

Makes only a minor difference to the refining process.
We are set up only to refine the latter.
Blatant lie. Refineries can handle both sweet and sour oil. The sulfur is easily removed and is even sold on the market. It's a useful product.
Which is why we ship ours abroad, and import the other.
Nope. Refineries in the United States can easily handle any crude oil.
We need to retool our refineries in order to process our own oil.
Blatant lie. Our refineries are already processing our own oil.
