Passing Sarbenes-Oxley was cutting government power? That's interesting spin. Passing NCLB, which expanded the federal government's power over the states, is cutting any power the government has? That's interesting. Passing the Patriot Act was cutting government power? Again, another interest take. Increasing military spending (which is what the right loves to do right?) is cutting government power? Hmmm.
