Your hatred of America is showing. You hate America so much that you actually think the only reason there would be a daycare center in a federal building is as human shields. Here is the problem with that: the enemies of America want to kill our children. Human shields only work against moral enemies that do not want to kill the human shields.
The year I was born 1970, there were over 400 radical bombings. In those 400 bombings, there was one death. I am not excusing that one death, but when you commit that number of bombings, there will always be an accidental death. Someone did not get the message on time, or something. Again, any bombing is very, very wrong, but these bombings were clearly intended not to kill people.
And then there is McVeigh who intentionally killed children.
They even call themselves Three Percenters. They know they are a small minority, but they think they can enslave 97% of Americans with extreme acts of violence.

IMO, the Republicans are in a position to win the House and, maybe, the Senate in the fall but if RW terrorists murder Americans this summer, the Republicans might lose BIGLY in November.
Americans are supportive of free speech, but not murdering innocent Americans much less children.

There is a major effort to not kill children. It is not always successful, but it exists enough that it makes sense to use children as human shields(makes sense if you do not value the children).
