A good question

I know it would work here. I know two women who are married, legally.
So, the law is saying someone can't change their genetically prescribed gender? I know of some TG activists who would be seriously outraged at that. OTOH, they'd be amused at the muddle, I'm pretty sure.

It depends. In other areas of law it is very clear that they have changed. A TG can, say, go to the proper restrooms by law. Even pre-surgery. However, getting a change doesn't mean your marriage is automatically negated. There is an uneasy compromise thing going. I find it another place of hilarity.

You can legally have two women married, if they were TG. I'd love to see what the homosexuals would do with it.

Circuit Judge Jack R. St. Arnold, however, ruled that in the eyes of the law, nothing changed significantly enough to free Roach from his $1,250-a-month obligation.

wow thats high.
