Haha. At one point she said she didn't believe I grew up in Oakland because she thought I said something racist with the idea being no one who lives in, or grew up in, Oakland would be or say anything racist. She did eventually apologize though.

They didn't. They just slowly and carefully explained to you why it happened, over and over again, painstakingly... almost lovingly in a way tried to get it into that head of yours. Alas... They'll have to try again.

I saw it coming, that's why I sold the two properties I had and rented for three and a half years.

I did not think it would be as bad as it was.
