A Shameful Display Of Consumerism By The Pleasure Seekers On National Day Of Thanks.

I am convinced that most of these people were raised in a barn by farm animals.

Here we have America's ever driving consumerism of gluttony by the self serving, self gratifying element of the nation on full display on the nation's day that was set aside for a day of reflection and for giving thanks. Whom do I blame for this? Scenes such as these that were unheard of just a short time ago on Thanksgiving? I don't blame the retailers, I blame them, the pleasure seekers and the educational system they all came out of that relentlessly teaches them anti western moral relativism and ever driving consumerism that never finds a happy or satisfying conclusion but always teaches more gluttony for consumer credit spending and ever growing debt.

Scenes like this that were commonplace across the country on Thanksgiving were not scenes of soup lines or people in dire need of charity, they were scenes of pleasure seekers looking for bargains on Playstation 4's and HD widescreens.

You chose capitalism, kid. Live with it! :)

LOL. Irony is ironic.

It isn't me complaining about people buying stuff on a Thursday. If you don't want them to open the store convince enough people not to shop. Coming here to whine about it isn't working.

I never complained about them being open dude.

get a grip and stick with the facts

did you actually spend your national day of reflection actually doing as such? Because I am pretty sure it was more about a display of gluttony while you got drunk on budlight while watching men run around crashing into each other and throwing balls around spliced up with some viagra commercials in between. you're just as much of a pawn as anyone else. when an advertiser knows that your kind are on the couch all they see is $$$$.

You don't know what I did on the holiday. What I didn't do was something that you would probably do - stand in line to buy electronic toys from retailers who should know better than to open their doors to profit off of individuals who don't give one iota about anybody besides themselves and who cannot acknowledge joining a national celebration of reverence and thanks giving.

Who the Hell do you think you are describing my holiday? It's obvious you cannot see anything wrong with the element who cannot take one day out of the year to stop selfish consumerism for 24 hours then proceed with it the very next day.

That says a lot for you moderator right there.

Let me splain this one to the fools here.

Thanksgiving is LATe in the month this year.

That means there are fewer than the regular number of days before Christmas.

they are opening longer to try and make up those selling hours before D day.

I don't give a rats ass if someone wants to go shopping instead of sitting next to uncle fred for a couple more hours and sampling his turkey farts instead of shopping.

I DONT CARE..
is that clear enough?

Once a year the American people get a chance to come together AS ONE PEOPLE and stop consuming for a few hours and recognize a day set aside for the whole country to reflect, count their blessings then give thanks for them. I'm sorry pal but on thanksgiving it is my business if selfish pleasure seekers are standing in long lines in front of retail stores who should know better to be open to serve them in the first place and who want to get the jump on the suckers who are celebrating the holiday the way they're supposed to by grabbing their electronic toys at bargain prices before the suckers get a chance to.

These are selfish, self serving individuals who cannot sacrifice their lust for consumerism which drives their clocks around the clock for a national day of recognition to do the exact opposite of that. There is no excuse for it because as I already pointed out, they are not lined up in front of Salvation Army buildings in soup lines in-which they themselves could very well be otherwise and that thought alone should teach them to know better.

These people could just as easily be standing in a soup line in front of a Salvation Army building. So why don't these moral midget, selfish disgraces know that? Why isn't that thought alone enough to make them pause for a few hours and give thanks?

And you'll also notice that there aren't any board republicans on this thread either. Because profit is always a good thing no matter when. Because capitalism is good - good, because greed is always good-good.

Even when corporations share their profit beds with communists and Marxists like they do all over the world - profit is good - good - good and never bad.

Just asking the question, whose to say they haven't given thanks earlier?

Why don't you shut me up roach clip, you frigging degenerate disgrace?

You fatherless mutation from Columbia University. You half a fag troll. You Jersey Shore heart throb oxygen waster.

Go ahead and shut me up - I dare you to try.
Come out of your klan closet and I will

Why didn't they do it on the national holiday that was set aside for them to do it collectively with the rest of the nation? They're not thankful for anything. They're all about themselves and owe no thanks to nothing or nobody.

I make no apology's for being a capitalist. Capitalism is the economic system that has grown America into the worlds economic superpower. If people want to stand in line to shop on Thanksgiving night then that's their prerogative. Nothing something I would do but to each their own. I don't think one is more 'thankful' because they are sitting at home however.

I've never seen anything that said one must stay home all day on thanksgiving or the day after.

I spent Thanksgiving day cooking with my family, transporting the wife's grandmother from the nursing home so she could spend the day with us, eating a good chicken dinner and visiting. I spent Black Friday squirrel hunting and am now smuggling those KY squirrels back to OK. :)

My point? I chose to participate in those activities on those days. That's the beauty of this country. We have plenty of choices. I wouldn't go shopping on Thanksgiving...but some would. That's their choice.

You're a typical board republican. Capitalism is as evil as any other evil in the world in it's purest form. And you obviously find nothing wrong with selfish capitalist gain either. industrialism and capitalism are destroying America because the degenerates who are supporting it are selling America out.

Tell me why you find nothing wrong with ungrateful little bitches in line buying toys for themselves on the national day of thanks. Why can't you show some patriotism for a change for just a few hours out of the year?
