It's none of my business and you obviously don't have to answer but do you guys just not want to pay for cable or are you not big TV watchers?
I'm not trying to imply there is anything wrong with not having cable I just don't run into many people who don't have it is all.
I grew up without cable, or a hook-up of any kind. During middle school, we had a TV my grandma gave us, and with the aide of mickey-mouse ears I could pick up FOX and WB. This allowed me to get home from school and watch Fresh Prince of Bel-Air followed by Boy Meets World. Meanwhile I could watch Batman Beyond (awesome cartoon IMO), Batman, Superman, and Pokemon.
The first place I had a continual access to cable was in the breakroom at work. I was astounded at the action-paced graphics of cable news. It was like a special effects extravaganza. News on the radio is just boring by comparison.
