Then lets do away wih all laws. No more laws against murder. theft, kidnapping, child porn, whatever. Afterall, it is a "free and open" society where no one has the right to tell another how to live that life.

Then why are liberal atheists trying to tell Christians when and where they can worship? You're not fooling anyone. Liberals don't want the rule of law. They want to be allowed to do whatever they want, as well as telling others what that can or can't do.
