I googled waiting list for infant adoptions......admittedly the Rueters article I provided you first was the second google link but I thought you would prefer Reuters since you're a lib'rul.......the article is NOT about waiting lists for international adoptions.......its about how people are turning to international adoptions because of the long waiting list for domestic adoptions......
