Abrego Garcia Home with his family!

Then deport him to Costa Rica. I'm good with that. He is deportable, and so long as he doesn't try and return, that's great. Situation settled. Move on to the next illegal and deport them too.

You do know that Garcia had an order of deportation on him prior to Trump taking office don't you? You do know that Garcia's lawyer(s) filed an asylum claim based on his fear of going to prison if deported to El Salvador. That too was denied but the Biden administration put a temporary stay on it. All Trump did initially was carry out the order of deportation.

Then Boasberg and Xinis got involved and have been losing one ruling after another on appeal. The process is a trainwreck only because the US judicial system has become one.

So you have accepted, but will never admit, that Albrego is not guilty of the crimes he was accused of by the Trump admin. Or you taking a 'crime should not be prosecuted' position. either way i accept your clear change from claiming he was so clearly guilty.

I had no issue with Trump following the law to deport him. It was ignoring the law and sending them to a torture prison when it was clear to us (not you) that the crime they accused him of was a lie and they could never prove it in America and so were using this as a way to apply summary guilt on people.

The US court system is working exactly as it should. It is MEANT to be a check and balance, and it is MEANT to have rulings that are perceived as erroneous or are actually erroneous.

The very appeals system you seem to be WRONGLY suggesting the system is broken proves the system is working EXACTLY as intended.

You just think any ruling that goes against your position that is over ruled should never have happened and that is stupid. Of course they can and should and then they get over ruled. System works when that happens. That is not judges exercising power they should not as you keep saying in idiocy.

Which prove he had his day in court, more than once, and lost. He is deportable. That was adjudged as the outcome more than once. The only question on the table right now is, where does he get deported to.
I never said he did not go to court, but I did say that TACO violated a court order.

Which one? The Supreme Court tossed out both Boasberg's and Xinis' rulings about immediate action only allowing that Garcia be returned to the US which happened. Xinis' latest ruling is that Garcia cannot be kept in custody, and that is likely to fail on appeal. But even so, Garcia is out for the moment.

Garcia also has serious criminal charges pending, something he didn't have when first deported. As I've said, both Boasberg and Xinis are Trump haters and have a history of putting politics ahead of judicial fairness when it comes to Trump.

THe one saying Garcia is not to be sent to El Salvador. The one they admitted they violated.

Had they just tried to do this correctly in the first place, Not trying to illegally have him tortured, not trying to score political points, he would be deported To a different country today. Costa Rica agreed to take him, and the White House refused to deport him, they lied to the judge.

Your administration is incompetent, and now an legal alien, and according to them sex trafficker, is home with his family
Stop making shit up, Pretender.

Maybe, but that doesn’t erase the stupidity that the Trump justice department already did on this case. The guy could be rotting away in a Costa Rican jail right now.

We would not be spending millions of dollars trying to get him sent to Africa, or something like that.
Trump didn't nominate this judge, Pretender. Obama did.

No, I did not complain about his arrest.

I am not worried.

I think the political games played by the Trump Justice System have made American streets less safe.
It is DEMOCRATS rioting, looting, committing arson, committing insurrection, supporting organized crime, and harboring illegal aliens!

Personally, he should be sent back to El Salvador. He's their citizen. He's their problem. If they want to toss him in prison for being MS 13 that's his problem, not ours.
I enjoy how much it must bother you to see how weak Trump and Bondi are on crime.

You were one duped into believing there was undeniable proof and an easy conviction of Abrego and yet you have to watch Trump and Bondi just searching for ways to release him, instead of prosecuting him, as you believe would be easy.

A true, 'weak on crime' administration whose move is to simply let the criminal leave.

The judge is just as culpable of the crimes.
Setting a career criminal back out on the streets isn't justice.

Okay. Blame Obama and Biden.

Costa Rica probably paid $500K for that.
He goes back to his home country. Fuck him, and fuck that!
