The sourced numbers I provided refuted your claim. The only defense you have is to say that someone dying every 50 minutes from an alcohol related death is OK with you. By doing so, you'd be admitting you think it's OK for someone to drive drunk even if it kills an INNOCENT person.

YOU did. You claimed that the current methods of addressing drunk driving were sufficient, only to be shown they weren't. What you believe, whether you're man enough to admit it or not is that you think the 4th amendment protects you when driving drunk.
