It's not unreasonable to stop you when you're driving drunk.

You've been asked what you would do to stop drunk drivers. You provided nothing but a defense of why you think you should be able to do so and whining because drunk drivers get stopped.

what i've said, and you've refused to acknowledge, is that other than checkpoints, what they do now is sufficient..............if someone is driving erratically or unsafe, then they can be stopped. checkpoints violate the 4th Amendment.

Every 50 minutes, a person dies because of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Clearly, what you support is not sufficient. If someone that drives drunk is involved in a single car wreck and is killed as a result, no one that matters gives a shit. They got what they deserved. When someone that is innocent is hit and killed by a drunk driver, you're saying they deserve based on what you support.

so, based upon your liberal emotions, we should have checkpoints throughout the country and maybe cops walking around bars in every town doing breathalyzers to prevent drunk driving..........what other activities would you like to use prior restraint upon? poll tests for voting? licenses for gun ownership?

Nothing Liberal about proving that you claims the current methods are sufficient in stopping drunk driving are false. Or maybe you don't care about the sourced numbers provided as long as you can tie one on.

If you want to argue that someone dying every 50 minutes because of drunk driving indicates the current methods used to stop drunk driving is sufficient, no wonder you were dishonorably discharged.

I provided sourced information that refutes your claim that the current method of addressing drunk driving is sufficient.

Maybe you should admit that you're nothing but as fall down drunk that can't stay off the bottle and out from behind the wheel.

Drunk driving is preventable, to some degree.

The death sentence for drunk driving (first offense) would ameliorate the offenses a great deal...and the deaths and injuries to innocents.

Drawing and quartering child sexual molesters would be appropriate...if America really loved their children.

What I also proved, other than you claims that the current methods aren't sufficient in handling drunk driving, is that you believe it's OK to drive drunk.

Hope someone hits your family within the next 50 minutes. Knowing the type person you are, you wouldn't care.
