Alabama cops tackle, arrest black woman in Waffle House over ‘the f-bomb’

Yep, just let the police bully you and take away your rights. That is what you would do.

Your life depends on doing this. If there is a risk to your life, it is better to comply now and then sue later. If a cop wrongfully tells me to strip naked and dance on a table, I will do the same thing as I would if a pimple faced kid pointing an AR 15 at me told me to do it.

that either doesn't answer the question or you are quietly trying to say that police can escalate the use of force for a passive but non compliant civilian. am I right?

Yes, the police have the right to use appropriate force to make a non compliant individual comply. Are you asserting that a belligerent person can come into a business (someone's private property that they rely on to make their living) and disrupt their ability to conduct business? And the business owner (or manager) has no recourse to have them forcibly removed if they refuse? Or should people just be allowed to disrupt a business until they're good and ready to leave? You're currently failing.

so now we know that you equate the cops as a teen pointing a rifle at you........you'll do what you're told regardless.

read my other posts before you consider failure.

1- The charges against were dropped, the officers were indicted by a Grand Jury, and are being sued.
2 - Same story.
3 - Same story.

I am able to make that distinction. sirthinksalot apparently doesn't care....which is who i was responding to

Doesn't matter who you were addressing; because trying to put an illegal order into this situation, doesn't fit.

How about we deal with each issue, with the facts of that issue. :good4u:

didn't watch it. didn't need to. my only issue here is did the cops follow their use of force doctrine or did they apply a little 'you better listen to us' punishment just because they are the law

Since you choose to not watch it and educate yourself, all of your proclamations and complaints, in this issue, carry no weight.

so how does one make the distinction when you're told 'just do what they say, fight it in court'? that is a fact of the issue.
