Alabama cops tackle, arrest black woman in Waffle House over ‘the f-bomb’

You failed to respond to:
And just consider what the outcome could have been, if she had acted responsibly.

again, blaming the victim, much like the courts do all the time siding with government. if only the suspect would have complied.......so you like being a slave, doing what you're told to do, when to do it. just admit you hate freedom....without trying to argue that you're only living in a society with rules.

answered already. or are you going to repeat this like the electoral victory thread that desh can't comprehend?

They have not been answered and it must be because you can't answer them.

Why did you just ignore the facts and refuse to answer the questions; because here's your chance to educate us and explain what should have happened, when:
Question 1 - The management asked her to leave and she didn't?
Answer 1 - _____________________________________________

Question 2 - The Officers told her to leave and she didn't?
Answer 2 - ________________________________________

Question 3 - The Officers told her to put her hands behind her back and she didn't?
Answer 3 - __________________________________________________

Question 4 - When she physically resisted having her hands put behind her back?
Answer 4 - ______________________________________________

and yes, your questions were answered already. all you're doing is blaming the civilian for any illegal or unprofessional actions of the government because she just didn't comply.

And you're still unable to answer. :palm:

No, they haven't been answered; plus I'm blaming the "civilian" for her behavior, which you seem unable to do.

sure. maybe like these badge wearing idiots?

or is this going to be another one of your 'fight it in the courts' bullshit?

What was the outcome of the incident? Were the police charged or sued? I would comment that the situation in the waffle house was markedly different. Those guys were standing up for their 2nd Amendment rights. What right was the drunk belligerent woman standing up for at the waffle house?

or if the cops had acted responsibly.........oh, wait. you approve of cops teaching unruly people lessons on the street.

Then you should be able to easily answer how they should have "acted responsibly" in the following questions; because all you've done is repeat the same thing over and over, without giving any thing of substance. :)

first, does the conduct of the 'suspect' have to dictate the response of government?

secondly, the police have not been charged, nor has a lawsuit been filed yet as this has been recent....this year in fact. what the police here DID do is charge the civilians with felonies of assault on police officers and obstructing official duties, even though no law was broken that required police intervention.

so again, I ask, what does one do when confronted with this conduct by government? and if simply submitting and hoping the courts work it out is our society now....are we really free?
