IMHO, she bent over backwards not to be confrontational with that pseudo-intellectual blowhard. I would have liked him to provide examples of every theocratic nation where Islam is the majority religion that people are executed for blasphemy. That being said, he's just pissed because Trump was being called out for his incendiary rhetoric. Yeah, you have freedom of speech, you do not have immunity to criticism or the accountability for the consequences of that speech.

That's a common tactic on the Right. When they get criticized for what they say, they just start talking about how they have the right to say what they want. Pence did the same thing when he got called out by Buttigieg for his stupid ideas.
