I just found out that I'm going to be interviewed on a very high-profile radio station in NYC this Thursday.

I cannot believe I got this slot, I never thought I would. I have been so kicking butt on doing PR for my particular CodePink chapter. I'm so happy.

Soon, I'm going to become totally famous, and then I will be too good to post on Damo's board.

But, I might still post anyway. It depends. ;)

Anyway, I'm sure nobody gives a crap, but i"ve already called everyone I know, and I'm still buzzed, so you guys have to put up with it.

mbl/beefy has the greatest voice...dear heavens, and if I were not happily married..... hahaha! and of course 20 years younger comes in to play somewhere?..... lol

he's got the voice....NO QUESTION! :D

Ok, well, it didn't occur to me before I posted this that people would want to hear it. I'm a little nervous. I tape it this evening, and it airs on Thursday. So, if I don't make a complete jackass out of myself, I'll tell you guys, ok? I keep saying to myself, whatever you do, don't keep saying "ummm". Because that is one of the things that I always notice when people do in radio interviews, and it doesn't sound good.

I'll tell you guys tomorrow.

It was very funny though.
 
Congrats! Although I have to say, I'm not surprised. You're pretty talented and I've said that before (notice how I made it about me for a minute there!;))

Mbl is a Nomad....he lived in colorado a couple of years back and Damo and mbl got together for a Guinness while he was living there...then he went to seattle washington and now I believe he is in California...

When I first spoke to him on ym he was about 28 years old....I thought for certain THERE IS NO WAY this guy with this incredible voice is who he says he is...a 28 year old....SOOOOO.... I made him get a video cam so that I could view him to confirm he was just a kid...(Well a kid to me) and low and behold, he was!!!!

Man oh man, he has an incredible voice! I told him he is in the wrong field....should be a newscaster or a radio jock or even a singer!

hahaha! do people my age even have sex? j/k ;) one look at the cellulite would scare even the devil away, thank Goodness my husband loves me and knew me when i WAS hot bodied, he can at least close his eyes and pretend it is the younger me!!! lol

LOL, it was a bit steamy.....webcams, hot voices....etc.....
