Yo! Start a thread about your Candidate. I have some questions for you.
KC and I have an online friend -- what an earlier age would call a regular correspondent, I suppose -- in Dharamsala who sometimes sounds like that. Of course, English is about his sixth or seventh language, so he gets a pass. You don't think that was a real poster, and I chased them away, do you?
Ummm, if you lowered your voice two octaves, you'd sound like Barry White or Chef on South Park.We were good! My voice sounds an octave or two deeper than it is, I lowered it without realizing it to keep it from shaking.
Here's the link:

And I'm the first one to start speaking. Thanks everyone for all of the support and nice things that you guys said!
What is that? Some kind of Pig-Man-Bear?Ummm, if you lowered your voice two octaves, you'd sound like Barry White or Chef on South Park.
I've registered to see a seminar by AlGore. I will be wearing my new "We must ALL stop Man Bear Pig!" shirt.
An octave is a full scale of notes. If you were two octaves lower you would probably have a husky nearly-man voice...LOL. Really, well maybe you should take a pic of yourself wearing that and post it.
Do you mean that you think my voice is low to begin with, or is an octave something different than what I thought it was?
My Bad, I don't know what I was thinking - brain fart. MAybe Greta Garbo, but not Chef?LOL. Really, well maybe you should take a pic of yourself wearing that and post it.

I missed it! Our cable connection was all screwy -- it's been acting up badly the past few weeks -- and the streaming audio was inaudible. It was just one garbled syllable every 15 or 20 seconds. "Tha . . . ta . . . wah . . ." and so on. I doubt it was WBAI's fault. As I say, we've been having issues with Comcast.
Do they plan to put up an archive? I checked this morning but couldn't find it.
