Until blacks took over around 1980 Rhodesia was known as the breadbasket of africa. Now it's got per capita GDP of $500 a year. Blacks cannot build a first world country. Some interesting stuff in that wikipedia link. Almost all latin american countries have homicide rates much higher than america; in some cases 10 times higher.

The low rates in yurp are because guns are banned there. It's called fascism, something all liberals want for america.

Mississippi has the claim of having the most black elected officials of any state. The percentage of blacks in Mississippi has increased while the percentage of whites has decreased. It seems they are becoming more uncivilized. However, since they voted Trump, it hasn't reached that point yet.

Try to educate yourself on the difference between homicide rates and death rates. You will need someone to read that for you, illiterate asswipe.
