NFFE has about 200 local unions, most of them agency-wide bargaining units. He absolutely did not do that. Over 42,000 people flew in from China to 16 American cities after Trump made that lying claim, Others just flew to Europe and came in that way. The virus came in bigly.
Operation warp speed was just naming and taking credit for something that was happening without him. We had a Trump pandemic going on and people were dying. That is pretty good motivation to come up with a vaccine. The fact they were guaranteed many billions of doses would be bought and trillions of dollars made was all the motivation they needed.

All states require residency in their state to vote.

You can vote in Texas if you ever lived here and claim residency. Many veterans stationed in TX or FL claim residency although they live in other states to avoid state income taxes.

VP Cheney claimed WY residency although he lived in TX for years. A lawsuit claimed he was a WY resident and TX electors could not cast both of their electoral votes for Bush and Cheney since they were residents of the same state. The court ruled residency is basically whatever the person claims it to be (like gender;))

But it was not a national requirement that people be a U. S. citizen to vote in federal elections until the 1996 federal law. States included that requirement in state requirements but Congress feared some states might change that since some were allowing non-citizens (not illegals) to vote in local elections.

So I, a citizen of Germany, living in Germany, can vote in U.S. elections? I was able to vote for changes in the Constitution?

Science isn't a religion. It is not based on any circular argument.
Theories of science must be falsifiable.

The Church of Global Warming, the Church of Green, the Church of Covid, and the Church of Karl Marx all deny science and mathematics.
