In your dreams shitcicle

Your lie filled idiot minion army is shrinking daily

All we need is to shave off your buddy racists and put them in prison

You idiots will do the rest by refusing to get vaccinated and keeling from old age

Agreed. Notice how there's not been a peep out of the militias in a month. LOL

They're paper tigers.

And Congress is given the power in Article I, Section 4.
No. That article does NOT give Congress power to usurp elections from State legislatures.
The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.
Read this again...and again...and again...until it is chiseled into that thick skull of yours.

Too funny

Hey, “Joe Bongino’s” opinions are the source of this thread, apparently someone found them relevant
No, they aren't. The thread is about whether and how the States of America will split up.
Sounds like a “Joe Bongino,” now Democrats don’t recognize the Constitution, from what I’ve seen here,
Democrats don't recognize the Constitution of the United States nor any State constitution.
conservatives don’t understand the Constitution they supposedly love
Unfortunately, many conservatives don't understand the Constitution because they have never read it. They should. Many already have and they do understand it.
And now we don’t have a Federal Gov’t, almost a given that this is a deflection intended to turn the exchange into a debate on semantics
The fall of the United States is not semantics. It is a tragedy.
Trump promised million doses by end of December, failed,
Trump does not provide doses. The government does not distribute the vaccine. Pfizer does. They use their own distribution network. The vaccine was distributed and available in most drug stores and clinics by late December. You can go get your shots now if you like.
also failed miserably in their January goal,
Government does not distribute vaccine.
and then it was the million doses they claimed were being held in reserve didn’t exist, yeah, that’s success
Government does not distribute vaccine.
Bush was a conservative Republican,
No, he was a RINO.
so unless you think the GOP is further to the right than conservatism, he was a Republican
Further to the right than conservatism???? WTF?????
Bush Jr was a RINO.
Wrong, House begins spending bills, which move thru the Senate and have to be approved by the President, signed off by the President, executed by the President,
No. The President need not execute spending at all. Only the House can initiate budgets to spend money.
why did you think Trump’s insisted on having his name on the checks.
You must be referring to a set of stimulus checks. Because in this case the President is executing spending.
Did I mention many conservatives don’t understand the Constitution they supposedly love?
Yes. I agree. They really should read the thing. So should you.
Important piece of two GOP Administration plus the darling of talk radio and Fox demagogues, but now he’s a RINO
Word salad. Try English. It works better.
Obama left a progressing economy,
Doublespeak. Obama called this horrible economy the "New Normal".
nearly every economic indicator proves it,
Economies aren't indicators.
all Trump did was not f*ck it up,
Economies aren't objects you can carry. Trump's policies created the most robust economy in the history of our nation.
well, until 2020 that is,
When Democrats shut it down to make Trump look bad, blaming it on a mild virus. Governors broke many laws and are still breaking them, including both their State constitutions and the Constitution of the United States. Governors are NOT kings.
and unlike his predecessor and Trump, Obama reduced discretionary spending,
What 'discretionary spending'?? By who??
something the supposed deficit/debt Republicans had no problem with when Trump reversed that trend. So much for cutting spending
Trump does not cut spending. Only the House can do that.
Wrong again, shocking, it wasn’t Biden banners flying high on January 6th
??? What banners are you referring to???
Available, barely, even though millions was promised
Vaccines have been available in your local drug stores and clinics since December.
Inane

Now, why don’t you try breaking it down by adjectives and adverbs, maybe then you’ll be able to sell your radio rants as facts
??? What radio? What rant? Apparently you have no idea what 'fact' means either.

no, it did not....read it. it had a satirical headline about how there was a "secret bi-partisan campaign" to save the election, but it had nothing to do with rigging the election, or voter fraud, or any of the silly ass impossible shit trump spewed and his voters believed, and besides, IT WAS CALLED BI-PARTISAN, not democratic. here ya go....get someone to read it to ya.

The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election

A weird thing happened right after the Nov. 3 election: nothing.

The nation was braced for chaos. Liberal groups had vowed to take to the streets, planning hundreds of protests across the country. Right-wing militias were girding for battle. In a poll before Election Day, 75% of Americans voiced concern about violence.

Instead, an eerie quiet descended. As President Trump refused to concede, the response was not mass action but crickets. When media organizations called the race for Joe Biden on Nov. 7, jubilation broke out instead, as people thronged cities across the U.S. to celebrate the democratic process that resulted in Trump’s ouster.

There was a conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes, one that both curtailed the protests and coordinated the resistance from CEOs. Both surprises were the result of an informal alliance between left-wing activists and business titans. The pact was formalized in a terse, little-noticed joint statement of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and AFL-CIO published on Election Day. Both sides would come to see it as a sort of implicit bargain–inspired by the summer’s massive, sometimes destructive racial-justice protests–in which the forces of labor came together with the forces of capital to keep the peace and oppose Trump’s assault on democracy.

The handshake between business and labor was just one component of a vast, cross-partisan campaign to protect the election–an extraordinary shadow effort dedicated not to winning the vote but to ensuring it would be free and fair, credible and uncorrupted. For more than a year, a loosely organized coalition of operatives scrambled to shore up America’s institutions as they came under simultaneous attack from a remorseless pandemic and an autocratically inclined President. Though much of this activity took place on the left, it was separate from the Biden campaign and crossed ideological lines, with crucial contributions by nonpartisan and conservative actors. The scenario the shadow campaigners were desperate to stop was not a Trump victory. It was an election so calamitous that no result could be discerned at all, a failure of the central act of democratic self-governance that has been a hallmark of America since its founding.

Their work touched every aspect of the election. They got states to change voting systems and laws and helped secure hundreds of millions in public and private funding. They fended off voter-suppression lawsuits, recruited armies of poll workers and got millions of people to vote by mail for the first time. They successfully pressured social media companies to take a harder line against disinformation and used data-driven strategies to fight viral smears. They executed national public-awareness campaigns that helped Americans understand how the vote count would unfold over days or weeks, preventing Trump’s conspiracy theories and false claims of victory from getting more traction. After Election Day, they monitored every pressure point to ensure that Trump could not overturn the result. “The untold story of the election is the thousands of people of both parties who accomplished the triumph of American democracy at its very foundation,” says Norm Eisen, a prominent lawyer and former Obama Administration official who recruited Republicans and Democrats to the board of the Voter Protection Program.

Cherry picking sections out of the article isn't going to cut it, moron.

Section 8 grants Congress powers.
Only certain very limited powers.
They just like to expand those grants of power to do whatever their political beliefs desire.
Unconstitutional.
And I think the American public supports most of those expansive interpretations of federal power.
Irrelevant.
Everybody wants their stimulus money, help with keeping businesses open, help after hurricanes and floods, laws regulating immigration, etc., etc.
You don't get to speak for everybody. You are not God.

It is NOT the authority or the purpose of government to issue welfare money.
It is NOT the authority or the purpose of government to keep businesses open.
It is NOT the authority or the purpose of the federal government to issue welfare money.
It IS within the authority of the federal government to regulate immigration. Article I, $8.

Won't happen, the Conservative states are weak and need the liberal ones.

Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi and Idaho are going to stand on their own? HAhaha

Any one of these States can stand on their own. Each one of them has in the past done just that. Idaho, for example, raises sugar beets, potatoes, apples, wheat, trees for lumber and paper, has plenty of water resources, wonderful trout fishing and pheasant hunting, nuclear and coal power, manufactures of RVs', trucks, locomotives, rail cars, computer printers, computer memory, tractor accessories, sporting equipment, chemicals, etc. They export to the SOTC electrical power (since the SOTC cannot make sufficient power on their own).

Frankly, we're tired of supporting the SOTC. I think we should cut off all trade with the SOTC, including all the electricity we are shipping there. Californians can sit in the dark and gaze at their own navel for all I care.

The SOTC does NOT have sufficient water resources developed. They've destroyed what they once had.
The SOTC does NOT have sufficient energy resources. Wind and solar aren't going to cut it, and they have decided to ban internal and external combustion engines.
The SOTC does NOT have sufficient food. It has, through fascist acts by it's government destroyed many of the ranches and farms that once provided abundant food.
The city of San Francisco is lawless. Crime is rampant. Looting is common. People are shitting in the streets and on the sidewalks. Homeless are everywhere. Drugs are everywhere.
The same thing is now happening to Los Angeles.
What businesses and people that can flee are doing so.
Rebellion is growing in the SOTC. For a reason.

The one party who tried an insurrection and disrupt the electoral process?
Democrats.
The one party that is doing its best to minimize the ability to easily vote?
Democrats.
The one party whose leader filed 60+ frivolous lawsuits?
No one.
The one party who has 1/3 of its members refusing COVID vaccinations?
Not a single party.
Yep, the anti-democratic, anti-science, insurrection supporters.
You are describing Democrats.

Look these states are destitute and rely on money from NY and CALIF to keep them afloat.
