American Jews have feared this kind of attack for years,

Boom. These are the real anti-Semites.

Not only that, Jewish Americans made certain their kids are educated. While white southern conservative rednecks are taking their kids to MMA cage fighting on school nights, the Jewish kids are getting ready for their Advanced Placement classes. While the redneck kids are getting tattoos, the Jewish kids are filling out their applications to college.

You kind of see the difference?

The rednecks hate the Jews because they know they are inferior to them.
Sell that pantload to some dumb millennial. Southern conservatives consider Jews as God's chosen people and love them.

It is the left wing mob who hates them.

You are a moron. I'm from Alabama and have never claimed to be a Saudi princess.

You would be actually amazed at how frequently and blatantly rightwing posters lie.

Once you get out of the red-necked, rightwing, bible-thumping, inbred parts of the United States, I am always impressed and encouraged by the relative amount of religious tolerance in this country - between Jews, Muslims, Christians, and others.

Would you consider Minister Farrakhan an example of religious tolerance?

All attacks on synagogues in America in the past few years have been perpetrated by the right wing now with trump they have become more embolden

Jews in the United States and elsewhere are also having difficult discussions about the tensions between the core Jewish value of helping strangers in need -- a tenet heartbreakingly taught in Saturday's Torah readings -- and the need to keep their communities safe from anti-Semites and others with violent intentions.

Even before the attack – believed to be the deadliest in U.S. history targeting American Jews – violence and harassment of Jewish people and institutions was rising sharply, coinciding with a moment when American politics has become sharply divided.

There were at least 1,986 such incidents motivated by anti-Jewish bias – including physical assaults, vandalism and attacks on Jewish institutions – in 2017, a 57 percent spike in incidents over the year before, according to the Anti-Defamation League, a group that tracks and fights anti-Semitism.

The ADL also published a report this month that found an alarming increase in the amount of anti-Semitic content on social media in the lead-up to next month’s midterm elections.

Prior to the election of President Donald Trump, anti-Semitic harassment and attacks were rare and unexpected, even for Jewish Americans who were prominently situated in the public eye,” authors Samuel Woolley and Katie Joseff wrote.

“Following his election, anti-Semitism has become normalized and harassment is a daily occurrence. The harassment, deeply rooted in age-old conspiracies such as the New World Order, which alleges that an evil cabal of Jewish people have taken autocratic control of the globe, and Holocaust imagery – faces placed inside Nazi concentration camp ovens or stretched on lampshades – shows no signs of abating.”

The people who hate Jews are Muslim loving liberals you sad sock. Trump moved our embassy to the new Capitol; something Obama didn't have the nuts to do. Come to think of it, Obama didn't like America much at all.

There were supposed to be many kids there, but luckily they were moved to the next days services

Ok well that raises other questions for me, but it at least explains why all the victims were really old. My city's jewish population is small and none of the kids I knew growing up really were ever much in the way of practicing. It was more a "technically I am jewish because my mom is jewish" thing. Seems to me I heard somewhere or the other that the synagogue doesn't even have regular services except on the holidays.

I do not think I have ever even read an article about him, nor ever heard him give a speech, but a lot of people say he is an anti-semetic jack ass.

I am opposed to all religious fanatics, charlatans, and extremists....jewish, christian, and muslim....aren't you?

No, actually it was an alt-right hard core bigot who just slaughtered 11 innocent Jewish citizens. Liberals were busy hugging trees and looking for gluten-free.

This is from a Farrakhan speech earlier this year:

During the speech in Chicago, Farrakhan made several anti-Semitic comments, including, "the powerful Jews are my enemy."

"White folks are going down. And Satan is going down. And Farrakhan, by God's grace, has pulled the cover off of that Satanic Jew and I'm here to say your time is up, your world is through," he later said.

No, I don't accept religious intolerance. Did you see TTQ64 say on this thread Farrakhan isn't intolerant? Pretty hard to read many of his comments and say that with a straight face.

You make it sound like there is only intolerance coming from one side when in reality it comes from all over the political spectrum.

Maybe that will distract attention away from your angry mob:
