American White Voters Solidarity Movement

If you see what the guy is doing, he took the words from the "American Black Voters Solidarity Movement" and changed them up a bit to watch for reaction.

I need to see a bit more from the guy before I know the spiel....

No, moron. The notion you're purporting - that whites are somehow disenfranchised and NOT being treated equally - is a standard signature component to every slimy racist movement in the country. You're getting inflammatory, derogatory responses to your 'white civil rights' horseshit because the majority here despises racists for the scumbags that they are.

DOE employee John Kasprowicz and six other workers at Argonne National Laboratory have filed a reverse discrimination lawsuit in federal court against Argonne and the Department of Energy. According to the Sun-Times, they are suing for back pay, job promotions and $300,000 each for damages. The case may go to trial later this year (2002).

QUOTE: "[DOE's] problem, according to a federal lawsuit filed by Kasprowicz and six others, was that they were white men, and that supervisors, eager to promote minorities, froze them out in an effort to make them go away."

-- Chicago Sun-Times

See also DOE Minority Statistics, below.

The lawsuit against DOE charges the following:

Managers at Argonne received annual "super bonuses" of $10,000 to $20,000 (on top of their $120,000 salaries) for hiring and promoting women and minorities over white males. Argonne calls this "meeting or exceeding diversity goals".

26 of 29 promotions at Argonne went to minorities and women -- and only 3 went to white males -- between 1989 and 1993. (Government attorneys who have been fighting the suit for the past 5 years said that at least 1 of the 26 minorities was more qualified than the whites who were passed over!)

In order to make room for meeting federal hiring quotas for minorities, dozens of highly qualified white male engineers, scientists and other career employees were transferred to a "white male dinosaur" office with the euphemistic official title "Safety and Technical Services Division (STS)". There they received few or even no work assignments for years on end. Argonne’s hope was that the "dinosaurs" would quit or retire. According to the Chicago Sun-Times, one manager even made it a habit to stop by the "dinosaur" office periodically to say "'When are you going to retire, old fellow?' or, 'What are you still doing around here?' "

When the affected white male workers complained of this treatment, they were retaliated against. Argonne management forced 35 other employees to sign a petition in which they were required to indicate their support of Argonne’s discriminatory actions against the "white male dinosaurs".

White guys need love too: Punitive damages and reverse discrimination

Posted by Robin E. Shea on March 02, 2012

How many readers knew it was illegal to discriminate against white people . . . or guys?

The reason I ask is that we had a decision this week from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, which hears appeals from federal courts in the states of Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, and the Dakotas. A majority-African-American school board was found by a jury to have blatantly discriminated against the plaintiff, who was one of only two white administrative employees in the school district. (The plaintiff and the other white administrative employee, the superintendent, were demoted. The plaintiff claimed that her demotion was a "constructive discharge*," and the Eighth Circuit agreed.)

No More Defense: An In-Depth Look at New Black Panther Rhetoric as It Turns Increasingly Aggressive

• Posted on August 21, 2012 at 9:30am by Mytheos Holt

Today’s New Black Panther Party (NBPP) frequently speaks of killing “crackers babies,“ ”f***ots” and old white women.

It was not always so.

Indeed, though a certain degree of bile has always been standard for this organization, earlier rhetoric by the New Black Panther Party tended to focus more on a self-defense orientation, arguing only to attack whites if they attack first. Interestingly, at the same time that they used this essentially defensive stance, the group showed a greater ability to act on its agenda, sometimes through means that could be described as violent.

However, with the turn of the millennium, and especially since the election of Barack Obama, the NBPP is becoming openly, fiercely aggressive. The fact that King Samir Shabazz, the man behind the infamous case of polling place intimidation first documented in 2009, is now in a position of national influence within the party, may have something to do with that.

As the group’s rhetoric has become increasingly hate-filled, its capacity to influence national discourse appears to have decreased, and the number of successful actions…

Holder Winks at Voter Intimidation

On ballot integrity, the Justice Department is taking us backward.

By HANS A. VON SPAKOVSKY

When Eric Holder became U.S. attorney general, he promised to administer the law in an objective, nonpolitical manner. So it's disappointing that the Justice Department had spent the last several months misinterpreting key voting rights laws for nakedly political reasons.

Exhibit A: Justice's inexplicable dismissal of a civil lawsuit for voter intimidation against the New Black Panther Party. The Black Panthers weren't content to endorse Barack Obama. They sent their members to the polls last November to "patrol election sites." Fox News aired a video of two Black Panthers in military-style uniforms in a Philadelphia precinct. One of them was carrying a nightstick.

The complaint the Justice Department filed in January (before Messrs. Obama and Holder took over) says the Panthers made "racial threats and racial insults" to voters and "menacing and intimidating, gestures, statements and movements directed at individuals who were present to aid voters." One witness, Bartle Bull, a civil-rights lawyer who worked with Charles Evers in Mississippi in the 1960s, called it the worst voter intimidation he had ever seen.

Justice won the suit by default when the Black Panthers and three individual defendants didn't show up in court to deny the allegations. But instead of following through and getting an injunction to prevent this behavior in future elections, the department, now under Mr. Holder, dismissed the lawsuit against all but one of the defendants (the nightstick holder). Even then, Justice requested only a watered-down penalty: an injunction to prevent him from carrying a weapon in a polling place. But only in Philadelphia and only until 2012!

Exhibit B: Justice recently stopped Georgia from implementing a key provision of the Help America Vote Act. Passed in 2002, the act requires states to verify the accuracy of information voters provide on their registration forms by comparing it with state driver's license and Social Security records -- a sensible requirement. With input from Justice Department lawyers in 2008, Georgia implemented this verification process, including checking the citizenship status of applicants. It is a violation of federal and state law for a noncitizen to register and vote in federal and state elections.

Under Georgia's program, anyone flagged as a potential noncitizen would still be registered if he could confirm to local election officials that …

Elizabeth Warren 'Didn't Tell the Truth,' Professors Say

Like the character in Casablanca who claimed to be shocked to find gambling in a casino, race-conscious hiring committees claim they didn't consider race when they hired a particular colleague. It’s legally risky to admit discriminating. It can also devalue the credentials of the beneficiary of the discrimination. Admitting you hired a colleague based on her race would also be viewed as rude, insulting, and stigmatizing.

But for some reason, commentators are taking at face value claims by a couple members of law school hiring committees that law professor Elizabeth Warren’s purported Native American ancestry played no role in their decision to hire her. (After earlier denying that she ever claimed to be Native American in professional circles, Warren has now admitted doing so, supposedly just to “make friends.”

She admitted that her only basis for claiming to be Native American is a great-great-great grandmother, which would make her 1/32 Native American. That is ridiculous. I have reviewed thousands of college applications and admissions decisions, and never saw a candidate get a plus in admissions based on being less than 1/16 Native American, especially one with Warren’s lack of cultural ties to any tribe. Moreover, the …

You are correct for once, I quite easily could do this all day, BECAUSE Discrimination against White Americans is RAMPANT in our society.

Knock yourself out, bigot. Notice how I'm the only one responding? And now I'm done. Talk to yourself, bigot. Watch your silly thread sink into obscurity. :D

Sadly, compared to the 32 other Political Forums I have made the American White Voters Solidarity Movement upon, this forum seems almost dead for lack of activity, and despite your claims, this thread has been at the top of this subsection for days, without my having made any new posts.

I wonder WHY this particular forum is so lacking in visitors and DEBATE?

Could it possibly be the treatment and methods of counterattack used by some of the ... Shall we say, more "Liberal" (Loosely and inaccurately defined of course) Posters?

When you joined, you did understand that a Debate Forum would have people with viewpoints other than your own, didn’t you?

The Department of Justice Cleared of Racial Discrimination by the Department of Justice

By: Jim Byrd

I knew it the moment I saw the video on November 4, 2008; Election Day. It was reminiscent of the Jim Crow laws: blacks trying to peacefully exercise their ability to vote, and whites suddenly breaching the exclusive polling places of black voters.
I was watching the television, fingers crossed, hoping and praying for an Obama victory. The video made its way to conservative news stations and was presented with duplicity. I knew it was just a matter of time before some cracker would try and make something of it. There they were, a couple of New Black Panther crusaders, Jerry Jackson and King Samir Shabazz, protecting their polling place from the atrocities one might witness during the 1940′s against blacks wishing to cast a vote

Apparently, Fattah was not hoodwinked by the testimony of DOJ lawyers, thousands of emails, and 50 interviews that manifested rampant racism within the DOJ. Fattah could see beyond the evidential hyperbole.
Fattah is a smart man; he would obviously dismiss the actions of John Wilkes Booth as he just “should not have been at that theater,” and he was less than a “couple of people,” so what is the big deal? Rest assured, following the lead of the DOJ and Eric Holder, it is obvious that Fattah would have been satisfied if James Earl Ray had been acquitted by a jury of his family. That is, of course, unless Fattah has a double standard, which I would find completely implausible.

What would Martin Luther King think about America today under the rule of a black President and a black Attorney General? How proud he would be. What would he think about the progress made where the law of the land commands that no one be judged by the color of his skin? How proud he would be. What would he think about this historical black Attorney General appointed by a black President who insists on judging people by the color of their skin rather than their character? How proud he would be. After all, in his I Have a Dream speech, “King said, I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they are judged by the color of their skin and not by the content of their character, but only if we have a black President and a black Attorney General.

A particularly glaring example of Leftie racism, because is shows how the Elements within the greater Black community which has thus far used the excuse of a "person without political power cannot be a racists" now are clearly in positions of power and are using that power to do the same sorts of things that the KKK did decades ago.

Obama Wants to Increase Affirmative ActionWalter

Posted under Affirmative Action & Race

Apparently the Obama regime is trying to muscle colleges and universities to increase their race-based affirmative action quotas. As noted by Steve Sailer, “the Affirmative Action President wants, unsurprisingly, more
Affirmative Action.” The NY Times reports:

“The Obama administration on Friday urged colleges and universities to get creative in improving racial diversity at their campuses, throwing out a Bush-era interpretation of recent Supreme Court rulings that limited affirmative action in admissions.”

This is part of Obama’s new election strategy. As reported by the NY Times last week, the Democratic Party is now openly abandoning working-class whites in favor of blacks and mestizos. In other words, give your new constituency more goodies (college admission handouts), while screwing over your old European-American constituency.

Unfortunately, college seats are a finite resource. For every affirmative action token, it means that a more qualified white person will be turned down. Furthermore, two recent studies show that lower-income whites already are the most discriminated against group in college admissions.

Thomas Espenshade and Alexandria Radford have found:
“When lower-class whites are matched with lower-class blacks and other non-whites the degree of the non-white advantage becomes astronomical: lower-class Asian applicants are seven times as likely to be accepted to the competitive private institutions as similarly qualified whites, lower-class Hispanic applicants eight times as likely, and lower-class blacks ten times as likely. These are enormous differences and reflect the fact that lower-class whites were rarely accepted to the private institutions...

A vote for President Obama does NOT seem to be in the best interests of Working Class White Americans.

Boy, this Forum could USE a bit of real Debate. I was busy elsewhere for 4 days and this Thread is still at the top of the first page.

Have you really thought through your policy of driving off via insults and mocking anyone who comes here with a viewpoint other than the far Left?

Are your egos that large, and your convictions so shallow that an echo chamber is all you desire?
