Americans losing faith in elections process

No, it's true.

It was on local TV and verified.

I live in Ga. and that's not the only cheating orchestrated by the fat lady, Stacy Abrams...ballot harvesting...mail in ballots.

Link it up.

That story was debunked. Link to the actual story about it.

As far as Georgia - I imagine it created doubt for some voters when they heard a recording of a sitting President trying to pressure an election official to find enough votes for him to flip the results and win the state.

Finding votes (Democratic votes) is the purview of the Democrats.

They could change everything about the way they handle elections.

If prominent politicians continue to lie about election integrity, it will make no difference. It's the messaging from Trump and his many minions that have eroded faith in our system - not the system itself. That is obvious.

The actions of mostly Democrats has done the same. I gave a list of some of those. This isn't one-sided.

the big lie is democrats care about fair elections

You don't. you care about wielding power.

Until democrats apologize for lying about the GOP colluding with Russia and lying about how the Hunter laptop was russian collusion, nobody actually thinks you will honestly conduct an election

Whether their beliefs are true or not, an increasing number, to now represent a majority of Americans, believe that elections are full of 'cheating.' Many think that election officials and others in government are ignoring claims of election fraud and even working actively to produce it.

It doesn't matter if this is true or not. The fact that a majority think and feel this way, should be a major alarm bell to politicians and government about elections. If people have no faith in the results, whether they are fair and accurate or the result of fraud and cheating, means the people have no faith in government. That is going to become a serious problem for our society.

Voters see ‘cheating’ everywhere, 54% expect it in 2024 election

Ah, doesn't matter if true.

It's trump and his clown car that spread the big lie because he couldn't accept his loss. It's the Republican's fault for thrusting a horrible reality star into the presidency.

Let's Make a deal!

You stop lying about Democrats, and we will stop telling the truth about you Republicans! OK? DEAL?

Thanks!

Do Democrats want and favor...

All mail-in ballot elections?
Automatic voter registration when you get your driver's license?
Making it hard or impossible to purge and make voter rolls accurate?
Ballot harvesting?
Automatic mailing of ballots to every voter on the registration list?
Weeks to vote?
Ballot drop boxes?

Well, do the Democrats favor all of that or not?

And it's the observable things Democrats are doing that's driving this as well. I'd say that has 10 times the effect of Trump's whining.

Because the party of Trump keeps telling them the election is rigged.

Because the party of Trump keeps telling them the election is rigged.

And because the Democrats keep doing shit that makes people question the election process. This isn't one sided, and my bet is that actions by the Democrats speak far louder than Trump's whining words.

Sure thing.

It never happened.

A lot of those Republican fabrications about 2020 start with "after midnight." Have to make it sound as cloak & dagger as possible.

Sure thing and the far left Democratic Socialist loons won't even allow voter photo ID.

Yeah, I'm calling bullshit on that. No one attacked the country when Hillary lost. No one went to court and challenged the integrity of the vote. No one claimed the Republicans were cheating. Hillary conceded and we all accepted the loss.

Now, if you're talking about Republican gerrymandering - then yes - that is a problem.

It doesn't matter who does it, what matters is the perception of the public about it. And a majority think the elections are now full of fraud and cheating.
